Seminar Outline:

Join Tracey Boicey and Sohail Manoussi as they discuss change management in government and Transport Canada's approach to change management through lessons learned, opportunities, and best practices shared through real-life examples.

This seminar will be hosted by Pauline Martin, Microsoft Canada's Industry Manager for Government and Healthcare.

This session is being delivered with the support of Microsoft.

Speakers:

Tracey Boicey, Director General, Business Solutions at Transport Canada

Tracey BoiceyTracey has over 25 years of public service experience leading digital transformation and directing the provision of digital services.

She has developed several departmental strategies and launched and led Centres of Excellence for Power Apps and Citizen Development, Enterprise Agility, Robotic Process Automation and Digital Identity / Blockchain. Within Transport Canada, she also worked in Civil Aviation and Transportation of Dangerous Goods, where she was responsible for scientific and risk-related research, data governance, and monitoring and reporting on oversight and accident information.

She is currently the Executive Champion for the department’s Women in IT forum.

 


Sohail Manoussi, Client Executive, Federal Government at Microsoft

Sohail ManoussiSohail Manoussi is the Sustainability, Research, and Transportation lead for Microsoft Canada’s federal government team based in Ottawa.

Sohail has had the pleasure to manage the Microsoft partnership with Transport Canada for the past 6 years, partnering with IMIT to support TC’s bold digital transformation to embrace a new secure and productive hybrid way of working.

An Ottawa native Sohail has a BCOM and MBA from Carleton University’s Sprott School of business specialized in international business and started his professional career working on policy modernization initiatives at HRSDC followed by digital product management at Canada Post.

 


Pauline Martin, Senior Industry Manager, Government and Healthcare at Microsoft

Pauline MartinPauline Martin is an Industry Executive who bridges the gap between government transformation opportunities and the emerging technology solution ecosystem to deliver results. With over 25 years of experience in marketing, account management, business development, and sales leadership at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Microsoft Canada, she has focused on building a deep understanding of her customers’ industry-specific reality, whether it be Communications and Media, Healthcare, Public Sector or most recently Autonomous Vehicles. A graduate of the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Pauline is happiest when working with an extended team including her own organization, ecosystem partners and customers themselves to deliver solutions that truly improve the lives of public servants and Canadian citizens.
