How to Evolve by Learning the Secret to Self-Coaching: Questions you Need to Ask Yourself the Most

After 38+ years of working as a Coaching Psychologist and lecturer on 6 continents, Donna realized that the biggest gift she could give to her clients was the ability to understand the power of the question. Her goal is for those she works with and teaches feel coached 24 / 7.

To that she started teaching people to identify the questions they need to ask themselves in the moment. In this session Donna will take you through a series of questions to help you see how you think, when your emotions take over and what to do about it, and how to make decisions for all the right reasons. It’s self-awareness on steroids.
