Meet the Mentor

Daniel Wolfe is the Acting Chief Information Officer at Justice Canada, with a substantive role as Deputy CIO, bringing over 25 years of federal IM/IT leadership experience. He leads the organization’s digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT modernization initiatives of national IM/IT services, as the DCIO he’s overseeing a 200+ person workforce and a $26M portfolio, with responsibility for the full spectrum of IM/IT service delivery, including enterprise and business applications, end-user device support, infrastructure services, and departmental network operations. Daniel is recognized for driving digital transformation, modernizing service delivery models, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value while aligning with Government of Canada priorities. A people-focused leader with exceptional emotional intelligence, he mobilizes teams, fosters trusted relationships, and creates collaborative environments that inspire engagement and innovation across the organization.
