We offer two types of passes for purchase:
Enterprise Pass which offers your organization unlimited virtual passes to your entire organization and a set number of in-person passes that can be shared over the three days.
Single Pass that allows one individual to attend Virtually or In-Person (includes Virtual Access). Single in-person passes can be shared over the three days.
How to Purchase an Enterprise Pass
- Confirm the total number of IT / CS employees in your organization and consult the table below to find your organization category (e.g. Medium, XLarge). Though pricing is based on the total number of IT / CS employees in each organization, the passes (in-person or virtual) can be leveraged by all employees with the organization, regardless of classification. - Complete and submit the PDW 2025 Enterprise Pass Purchase Form.
- DPI will provide you with an invoice and registration package that includes an organization specific registration link and marketing materials that you will need to share across your organization.
- Each organization gets a predetermined number of in-person passes. Organizations will need to determine how to distribute and manage those in-person passes which are shareable (i.e one person per day can use the pass. That means one pass could be used by up to three people).
- Need more in-person passes? Purchase them for $325 plus HST by completing the Additional In-Person Purchase Form. (Note: An Enterprise Pass is required for this purchase.)

How to purchase a Single Pass
Complete and submit the PDW 2025 Pass Purchase Form and indicate whether you are interested in a virtual or in-person pass. We will provide you with an invoice and further registration details including a link to register on the PDW platform. Registration closes on April 25th, 2025.

Not Included:
- The DPI | TBS Digital Community Gala (separate event on May 7th) is NOT included with any PDW pass and requires a separate registration. You must be a DPI affiliate to register or have received a special invitation. Stay tuned for additional details!

- All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 13% HST.
- No refunds will be issued.
