How to Attend PDW

You can attend PDW by accessing your organization’s Enterprise Pass or purchasing a Single Pass.

Enterprise Passes

Most organizations purchase an Enterprise Pass which means that access to PDW will be available to all employees within an organization.  Once an Enterprise Pass has been purchased, the organization will be added to the table below.

Step 1 – Confirm your Organization has purchased an Enterprise Pass

  • If your organization has purchased an Enterprise Pass they will be listed below. If they are not listed, it may be in progress so we recommend following-up internally by checking with your manager, CIO’s Office, learning coordinator, etc.
  • If an Enterprise Pass has been purchased, keep an eye out in your Inbox for instructions from your organization on how to register or contact your organization lead who will be able to provide you with details on getting registered on the PDW Platform and/or on how to attend in-person.

Step 2 – Getting Registered on the PDW Platform

  • Your organization will be sending employees a registration link specifically for your organization. You must  register for an account on our PDW platform (Pheedloop) regardless if you are attending virtually or in-person.
  • Once your account has been created, you should update your profile and then begin exploring the platform (exhibit hall, gamification, start a networking group, etc).

Step 3 – Want to attend in person?

  • Limited in-person passes will be provided based on the size of the organization. Reach out to your organization lead if interested in an in-person pass (which can be shared over the three days).
  • No in-person passes available through your organization? Additional passes may be purchased by completing the Additional In-Person Purchase Form. (Note: Your organization must have an Enterprise Pass for this purchase to be valid.)

Step 4 – Getting Ready for PDW

  • Log into the event platform and watch the detailed tutorial video https://support.pheedloop.com/article/488-training-attendees-for-your-virtual-event
  • Complete your profile – Under “Account”, add a profile picture, change your password, enable notifications and more.
  • Keep an eye on your inbox for details on how to make the most of your experience at PDW.
  • If you want to attend the DPI | TBS Digital Community Awards Gala (separate event on May 7th) make sure you register for the lottery to try to win a ticket.
  • If you have a disability and/or require special assistance please contact Andrea Morelli at info@dpi-canada.com.
